For my Public Affairs class, I was tasked with choosing an airline and crafting a sample memo to inform senior executives about the changes and impact of Air Passenger Rights. Through intensive research, this memo synthesizes the findings and provides an overview into the current state of air travel, while making recommendations for Flair Airlines given these changes.
