In my final year at the University of Guelph-Humber, I got the opportunity to build a communications campaign for the not-for-profit for Youth Employment Services (YES). Alongside my three classmates, we spent over eight months working with our client, researching the job market and creating a comprehensive communications plan. Upon discovering the current landscape of employment industry and multiple discussing the needs of our client, we aimed to increase employer partnerships across Toronto and the GTA. Thus the creation of the “Say YES to Success,” was born, a three-fold campaign consisting of an employer package, a social media split, and an open house event. Once completed, we provided our client with the overall campaign, an in-depth brief and several deliverables to assist with the execution of this project.
Our Campaign’s Deliverables
In order to complete our campaign efficiently, we divided the deliverables amongst the four of us, that way we each creatively contributed our own thoughts and ideas. The following outlines most of the deliverables we collaborated on to create a pristine project for our client, with the stars highlighting some of my areas of focus.
